The Terms and Conditions apply only after you have paid for the tour. Any interactions before this point, such as receiving a customized itinerary, are non-binding and free of charge.

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure qualify for a full refund at the discretion of Best of The Netherlands Tours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment account.
    • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start or in the event of a no-show, the full tour price will be charged to cover incurred expenses such as vehicle reservations, guide bookings, and ticket purchases.
    • The same terms apply to bookings made less than 24 hours before the tour start.

We reserve the right to cancel or alter itineraries due to extreme weather, availability issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

    • We are not liable for the actions or services of third-party contractors, their employees, or representatives.
    • All itinerary times are approximate and subject to change.
    • Customers participate in activities at their own risk. Liability is limited to the tour price. We are not responsible for slight negligence, consequential damages, lost profits, or the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, cash, valuables, luggage, or equipment.
    • Customers must ensure they have adequate health and accident insurance coverage.

Tour prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT. Payment is required at the time of accepting our proposal.
